Refund & Cancellation Policy

The platform sells digital products only, including personalised assessment reports, online courses, digital books, and content access. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery is instant or near-instant to the customer account after successful payment.

The Man Report and The Couple Report are generated uniquely from questionnaire responses. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned and the purchase is non-refundable.

If payment has been made but the questionnaire has not yet been started, a cancellation and full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment.

Once access to a course, book, or digital content has been granted to the customer account, the purchase is non-refundable.

If a product was purchased by mistake and the content has not been accessed or consumed, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Such requests are reviewed case by case.

A full refund is provided for duplicate payments, failed transactions where money was deducted but the order was not created or delivered, or a technical failure from our side where we cannot deliver the product within 72 hours after the customer reports the issue.

Customers may also call +91 90342 32637 from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days of approval. The amount is credited to the original payment method through Razorpay.

Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider, the amount may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to reflect.

If MeDa Partners Pvt Ltd cancels a product, service, or order before delivery, the customer receives a full refund of the amount paid.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before raising a bank chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered digital products may lead to account suspension.
