No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Personalised reports are delivered to the customer account as downloadable reports after questionnaire completion.

Courses, books, and digital content are enabled directly inside the customer account on the platform after successful payment.

AskDrNeha access, where applicable, is enabled in the account after successful payment or activation.

Reports are typically available within a few minutes after the customer completes the questionnaire.

Courses, books, and other digital content are typically available immediately after successful payment.

After successful payment, customers may receive confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp on the registered contact details, along with instructions to access the purchase.

If access is not received within 24 hours of successful payment, customers should check spam or junk folders, confirm that the checkout email and mobile number were correct, and contact us with the payment ID or order ID.

If we are unable to deliver the product within 72 hours of the customer's request, the customer is entitled to a full refund as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and mobile number at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details, but we will help re-deliver the purchase to corrected details once contacted.
