The platform offers digital wellness products and services, including personalised assessment reports such as The Man Report and The Couple Report, digital books, online courses, and AskDrNeha guidance features.

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, psychologist, or healthcare professional.

Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep login or OTP access secure.

By registering or purchasing, customers consent to receive transactional communications such as OTPs, order confirmations, payment updates, and Library-access notifications by email or WhatsApp.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

MeDa Partners Pvt Ltd may change pricing at any time. Changes do not affect completed purchases. Obvious technical or typographical pricing errors may lead to order cancellation and refund.

All products are digital. No physical shipping is involved. Reports are generated after questionnaire completion, while courses, books, and digital content are granted to the customer account after successful payment.

If a purchased product is not received within 24 hours, customers should contact hello@meda.partners with the payment or order details.

Reports, courses, books, text, graphics, logos, assessment methodology, software, and other platform content belong to MeDa Partners Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where false information is provided, fraud is suspected, or these Terms are violated.
